About Us

I (Satish Chand Sharma) am a Diploma Mechanical Engineer (1977) from Gandhi Polytechnic, Muzaffarnagar (UP) and completed AMIE Section-A in 1981. I started my career with fabrication and design work, and in continuation, I got a job in a similar line where I gained credibility in fabrication and design activities.

In 1987, the idea of self-employment came to my mind, and accordingly, I started a fabrication business and developed a company – M/s. Shiv Engineering Company with the association of my family members under a family self-business.

In 1994, I also started working in hydraulic activities and developed another company – M/s. R & J Machine Tools along with my family members, manufacturing hydraulic cylinders, presses, power packs, etc.

In 1998, with 21 years of vast experience and specialization in fabrication and hydraulic work, I developed tractor attachments such as front-end dozers, front-end loaders with various types of buckets (according to applications), dozer backhoes, loader backhoes, sugarcane grabbers, paper grabs, etc., all under in-house R&D — for the first time in India.

Although other agricultural implements were available in the market for farming purposes since long ago, I developed these tractor attachments to promote self-employment and self-business opportunities for farmers and the younger generation. This innovation helped those who wanted to upgrade from traditional agriculture to new fields like construction, material handling, and soil leveling/preparation — using their readily available tractors in a versatile way.

This concept was technically competent and economically viable, designed to meet the challenges faced by newcomers who wanted to start self-employment or self-business ventures — such as farmers, ex-servicemen, and individuals seeking livelihood opportunities for their families.

In 2005, through the joint efforts of our family members, M/s. SEC-RJMT (Shiv Engineering Company – Rameshwar & Jagdish Machine Tools) Engineering Private Limited was registered with the ROC, known for its quality products and compliance with industry-specific standards. All these products were developed under the in-house R&D of ‘SEC-RJMT’, making them completely indigenous.

Now, this concept is being successfully used on a large scale in the present market, fulfilling the day-to-day requirements of users efficiently. We express our gratitude to the entire ‘SEC-RJMT’ family for their adventurous efforts and hard work over the past 27 years, which helped us achieve our great dream and vision.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all members of the SEC-RJMT family, along with the users, tractor manufacturing industries, and dealers, for their invaluable cooperation and support in making this concept successful. I also thank all users who have appreciated this concept and grown their businesses through self-employment and self-business.
